- • MOBVENDER: Provides a demo version for a limited time, your account may expire and be removed under the evaluation of our team without prior notice.
- • MOBVENDER: Provides modalities of licenses with expiration time or demo versions without limitations.
- • MOBVENDER: Provides software as a service in the form of payment and license expiration and shutdown of the website and application.
- • MOBVENDER: Provides customers with email / electronic message support with a minimum response time of 30 days, training, configuration, maintenance or resolution of serious problems.
- • MOBVENDER: Does not practice refunding any amount invested, regardless of term or any use. This is because the maintenance of the website, payment fees, taxes, time of receipt, customer service and other activities, generate costs that should be included for the time of use or availability. Still under the weighted risk of definitive deletion of stored data that allocates undue space, they may be removed if there is no license payment after expiration, through prior notice, through their updated registration.

- • MOBVENDER: It is not responsible for the lack of data synchronized from the application to the website, we need to be aware of the first failure found in the application or website in order to minimize impacts and greater losses. There will be no monetary refund in any amount to cover this type of failure, since MOBVENDER makes the software available as a service where failures, errors, inappropriate maintenance and other situations may occur due to human or systemic failure from a technological point of view.
