Transparency about how MOBVENDER collects, uses and protects your data on the website, the app and the web platform — in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).

In short

1. Introduction

MOBVENDER is an app (Android, iOS, Windows, Linux and macOS) and a web platform for consignment and direct sales. This policy explains which personal data we process, why we process it, when it may be shared and how you can exercise your rights.

It applies to the website mobvender.com.br, the platform app.mobvender.com.br and the MOBVENDER app, and follows the LGPD. For customers in other countries, we also respect the applicable data protection laws.

  • MOBVENDER as controllerFor your account data: registration, contact, license and platform usage.
  • Your company as controllerFor the data you register in the system (customers, sales reps, sales and finance). In this case MOBVENDER acts as processor and uses this data only to provide the service.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what is needed for MOBVENDER to work and to support you:

  • Registration and accountName, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp, country, company name and login data (username and password).
  • App and platform usageIP address, device and system type, access date and time, sync and error logs.
  • LocationOnly when you use features that depend on it, such as navigating to a customer with Waze, and with your device’s permission.
  • Data you registerCustomers, products, inventory, sales, settlements, commissions and financial entries of your operation.
  • PaymentsConfirmation of the license payment (PIX or Mercado Pago). We do not store card data.
  • SupportMessages you send us via WhatsApp, e-mail or the questionnaire on the website.

Cookies: the website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and the YouTube video only loads when you click it. The web platform uses only essential cookies to keep you logged in.

3. How we use your information

Each use has a clear purpose and a legal basis under the LGPD (art. 7):

We do not sell data, build advertising profiles or use your data for third-party ads. Improvements created from customizations are released to all customers without exposing anyone’s data.

4. Information sharing

MOBVENDER does not share your personal data with third parties. Sharing happens only when required by law or by tax or financial obligations:

  • Legal requirementCompliance with the law, a court order or a request from a competent authority.
  • Tax obligationsIssuing tax documents and providing information required by tax authorities and accounting.
  • Financial obligationsProcessing and confirming payments with the payment institution (PIX or Mercado Pago).

In these cases, we share only the minimum necessary. We never sell, rent or hand over your data for marketing.

5. Security and storage

  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on the website and the web platform.
  • Access by username and password, with permissions set for each user in your company.
  • Sync between the app and the web platform, with backup.
  • Internal access restricted to those who need the data to provide the service.

How long we keep data

We keep data while your account is active, and you can request a data cleanup at any time. If the license expires and is not renewed, data may be removed after prior notice. Data required by law, such as tax records, is kept for the legal period.

Tip: since the app works offline, part of the data stays on your device until the next sync. Protect your device with a password and sync often.

6. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time:

  1. Confirmation that we process your data
  2. Access to your data
  3. Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
  4. Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
  5. Portability of your data to another provider
  6. Deletion of data processed based on consent
  7. Information about whom your data was shared with
  8. Information about the option not to consent and its consequences
  9. Withdrawal of consent

To exercise your rights, contact us through the channels in section 8. We respond within the deadlines set by the LGPD. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect improvements to MOBVENDER or changes in the law. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. Relevant changes will be communicated through your registered channels (e-mail, WhatsApp or a notice in the app).
